We recently worked with Zaobao on an article for the school’s 90th Anniversary Celebrations, and were humbled by our own inter-generational family of teachers who were also alumni, and how they continue to believe in and serve in Kheng Cheng.

On 3 May, ZB published the article, titled "Celebrating Kheng Cheng School's 90th anniversary; passing the flame of remembrance through three generations" (Koh Hsiang Yu, ZB, 3 May, p6): The article on Kheng Cheng School's 90th anniversary celebrations reported that the school had three generations of teachers. Some were veteran teachers who had been with the schools for decades while some were former students who had returned to their alma mater to teach. The school would also be holding a 90th anniversary dinner on 30 June graced by Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen.
